Approximately 80–90 % of capital is directed to real-estate acquisitions and underwriting, with 10–20 % reserved for liquidity, redemptions, and operational reserves. 1–2 % supports legal, compliance, and regulatory functions, 1.5–2.5 % funds platform and smart-contract development, and 0.5–1 % covers custodial, governance, and DAO operations.
PRIVÉX leverages a blockchain-native framework to provide access to professionally managed U.S. real estate. Participation begins with an initial $10 PRIVÉX subscription, followed by optional $1 USDPROP staking, which unlocks access to real-estate-backed bridge-loan opportunities only after executing a compliant promissory note under Regulation D (Rule 506(c)) or Regulation S. Staking alone does not generate yield or create any right to income, making institutional-grade portfolios accessible to a new generation of investors.

Stabilized properties — including multifamily residences, industrial warehouses, healthcare centers, and retail hubs — generate recurring rental income. When available, distributions are issued in USDPROP tokens, recorded transparently on-chain.

We acquire land in high-growth corridors and unlock value through zoning upgrades, entitlements, and development-ready permits. From parcels near major infrastructure expansions to suburban growth zones, these holdings provide long-term appreciation potential and anchor the portfolio’s NAV growth with clearly defined future use cases.

A portion of capital is allocated to U.S. Treasuries and cash equivalents. This liquidity reserve provides stability, buffers the portfolio during market shifts, and supports NAV-based redemption flexibility for PRIVÉX equity token holders.

Through USDPROP staking, investors may participate in short-term real estate bridge loans. Each loan is collateralized by real property, institutionally underwritten, and distributed through SPVs to ensure compliance and capital safeguards.
